June 26th 2011, Niffler’s and Buddy’s third litter of Goldendoodles arrived! Like their siblings of ’09 and ’08, these puppies have the hybrid vigor this outcross is known for, and we expect that, like their siblings, eight out of ten will not shed at all, and the remaining 20% only a small amount. This litter has a tremendous variation in size from Niffler’s poodle genes. Some of the pups will mature small, around 35 pounds; the biggest is going to be a BIG dog, probably 80 lbs. The rest will be somewhere in the middle, between 50 to 65 lbs.

The gold-coated pups are $700, and the black-coated ones are $600. We have named the pups because it helps us socialize them as individuals; but of course, the current names are only temporary.

The puppies are on kibble now and well on their way to being housebroken. They have been wormed already, and next weekend will receive their first shots. They will be ready to go to their new homes on August 20th, at eight weeks old, but they can be visited now by appointment. A $200 deposit will hold your pup, on a first-come, first-pick basis.
